Gelert provides done-for-you B2B outbound services. References to 'Gelert', 'we', 'us' or 'our' in this policy refer to Gelert.
What data we collect
When you submit an application through this website, we collect the information you provide: your name, work email address, company name, job title, and your responses to the application questions. We also collect technical data about your visit including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, processed through standard web analytics.
Location data
This site estimates your city from your IP address using a third party lookup service (ipapi.co) so we can tailor what you see. If you tell us that estimate is wrong, your browser will ask your permission before sharing precise coordinates, and those coordinates are sent to a reverse geocoding provider (BigDataCloud) purely to resolve a city name. Precise location is never stored, never linked to your application, and you can decline the prompt with no loss of functionality.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to assess whether there is a fit for a pilot engagement and to respond to your application. We do not use your data for any automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Lawful basis
We process your data on the basis of legitimate interests, specifically the interest of both parties in assessing whether a commercial engagement is appropriate. You can object to this processing at any time by contacting us at the address below.
Data retention
Application data is retained for 12 months from the date of submission. If an engagement proceeds, data relevant to that engagement is retained for the duration of the engagement and for 6 years thereafter in accordance with standard commercial record-keeping obligations.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. You have the right to object to processing and to data portability.
